Greek Seasoning

Ingredients:

Salt, Rice Flour, Garlic (contains Sulphites), Onion Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Pepper, Oregano, Parsley, Natural Lemon Flavour.

May contain sesame seeds.

Tips & Hints

  • Can also be added to flavour traditional Greek dishes such as Moussaka and meatballs.
  • Use as a dry marinade for lamb or mix with oil and brush onto vegetables such as eggplant and capsicum before grilling
  • Excellent on steaks, chops and roasts, meat loaf, chicken, fish and turkey, hamburgers, seafood, and wild game
  • Use with cooked vegetables, gravies, soups, stews, casseroles, eggs, poultry, dressings, salads or vegetable juices
  • Adds great flavour to marinades and salad dressing
  • Sprinkle over Haloumi cheese, after grilling or pan frying and drizzle with lime or lemon juice
