Moroccan Seasoning

Ingredients:

Salt, Natural Chicken Flavour, Pepper, Garlic (contains Sulphites), Sugar, Rice Flour, Onion Powder, Paprika, Rosemary, Turmeric, Food Acid (Citric), Capsicum, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Vegetable Oil, Lemon Oil, Ginger.

May contain sesame seeds.

Tips & Hints

  • Sprinkle generously over lamb, chicken or beef and marinade for 15 minutes before grilling, barbecuing or pan frying
  • Add to rice dishes and salads
  • Sprinkle over potato wedges
  • Fabulous in lamb stew, with couscous
  • Great for couscous and hummus dishes
  • Use to re-create the exotic taste of Morocco in lamb or chicken Tagine and casseroles
