Coconut and Basil Fruit Salad

- 100g cubed Pineapple
- 100g cubed Mango
- 100g cubed Kiwi fruit
- 100g halved Strawberries
- 100g cubed Watermelon
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- MasterFoods® Basil Leaves to taste
- Shredded Coconut to garnish
- Gently toast shredded coconut in a dry pan and set aside.
- Prepare selection of fruit and place in a mixing bowl.
- Pour lemon juice over fruit salad and sprinkle with MasterFoods Basil Leaves and toasted coconut.
- Stir to mix through and serve with yoghurt if desired.
