Chicken with Sundried Tomato and Mustard Sauce

  • 40g butter
  • 2 teaspoons MasterFoods® Finely Crushed Garlic
  • 4 x 220g single chicken breasts
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons MasterFoods Wholegrain Mustard
  • ½ cup semi dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped continental parsley

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in large frying pan, sauté MasterFoods Finely Crushed Garlic and sear chicken in pan. Cook on both sides until browned lightly and cooked through (about 15 minutes), remove from pan
  2. Add stock to pan and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered
  3. Add semi dried tomatoes and MasterFoods Wholegrain Mustard and stir through parsley
  4. Pour over seared chicken and serve with creamy mashed potato
