fresh garlic (mashed & chopped)

stuffed Spanish olives

Method
- Season diced chicken and the prawns with MasterFoods Portuguese chicken seasoning. Hold prawns til end of recipe. Pre-heat oven to 180°c.
- Heat oil in a paella pan, add onion, celery and chorizo sausage. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken, capsicum, olives, garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add rice to pan, allowing rice to become coated in oil, stir in diced tomato and stock and bring to a boil.
- Stir thoroughly, cover and place in oven for 10 minutes.
- Add prawns and stir thoroughly, cook for 15 minutes.
- When cooking is complete, garnish and serve.
