Chicken Satay Pizza

Ingredients
Chicken thigh fillet diced small
1kg
Button mushrooms sliced
2 ½ Cups
Red capsicum diced
¾ Cup
Green capsicum diced
¾ Cup
Medium Onions diced

MASTERFOODS Satay Simmer sauce
5 Cups
Peanut butter
4 Tblsp
Coconut Crème
1 L
Sugar
4 Tblsp
Peanut oil

Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Method
- Heat oil in a large sauce pot, add chicken and vegetables, cook for 2 mins.
- Add MASTERFOODS Satay Simmer Sauce, Peanut butter and sugar. Mix the ingredients, lower heat and simmer for 5 mins.
- Pour Coconut crème into pot and continue to simmer for the remainder of the cook time (38 mins) until thick, stiring occasionally.
- Allow the thickened sauce to cool before using it to top your pizza base, finish the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake pizza in a Pre-heated oven for 8-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven when done and allow the pizza to rest for 2-3 mins before slicing and serving.
