Chicken Satay Pizza

Preparation time - 15 Minutes
Cooking time - 30 - 45 Minutes
Serves - 10

Ingredients

Chicken thigh fillet diced small 1kg Button mushrooms sliced 2 ½ Cups Red capsicum diced ¾ Cup Green capsicum diced ¾ Cup Medium Onions diced 2 ea MASTERFOODS Satay Simmer sauce 5 Cups Peanut butter 4 Tblsp Coconut Crème 1 L Sugar 4 Tblsp Peanut oil 1/8 Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large sauce pot, add chicken and vegetables, cook for 2 mins.
  2. Add MASTERFOODS Satay Simmer Sauce, Peanut butter and sugar. Mix the ingredients, lower heat and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Pour Coconut crème into pot and continue to simmer for the remainder of the cook time (38 mins) until thick, stiring occasionally.
  4. Allow the thickened sauce to cool before using it to top your pizza base, finish the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake pizza in a Pre-heated oven for 8-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven when done and allow the pizza to rest for 2-3 mins before slicing and serving.

Tip: Use your favourite pizza dough recipe or pizza base.
