Moroccan Tagine Meal Sauce Recipe

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 1-3 hours
Serves - 15

Ingredients

MASTERFOODS Moroccan Tagine Meal Sauce 2.1kg Lamb shoulder, diced 3kg Water 3.75L Dates, pitted 375g

Method

  1. Saute your meat in oil.
  2. Add Moroccan Tagine Meal Sauce and water, simmer uncovered for 1 to 3 hours.
  3. Add dates, simmer for a further 10 minutes.

Tip: Serve with saffron infused couscous and garnish with coriander and slivered almonds.
