Spiced Potato Wedges with BBQ Chutney

Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 50 minutes
Serves - 8

Ingredients

Large baking potatoes 16 Oil spray Natural yoghurt or sour cream 1 cup MASTERFOODS Cajun Seasoning 2 teaspoons MASTERFOODS Tuscan Seasoning 2 teaspoons MASTERFOODS Barbecue Sauce ¼ cup MASTERFOODS Fruit Chutney ¼ cup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges, spray with a little oil and bake for 50 minutes or until golden.
  3. Season wedges with MASTERFOODS Cajun Seasoning and MASTERFOODS Tuscan Seasoning.
  4. Combine the MASTERFOODS Barbecue Sauce and MASTERFOODS Fruit Chutney.
  5. Serve wedges with the prepared chutney and the yoghurt.
