Caramelized Bananas & Ice Cream

Ingredients
Banana, cut into quarters

Un-salted butter
1 tablespoon
Brown sugar
2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract
½ tablespoon
MASTERFOODS Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon
Vanilla Ice cream
(Optional but recommended) Malibu rum
30ml
Method
- Melt butter in a fry pan on medium heat setting.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, Vanilla and banana pieces. Increase heat to caramelize sugar 2-3 min
- (Optional) Carefully, add rum and burn off alcohol.
