Smoked Salmon Tartlets

Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. Cut out 8 x 10cm rounds of pastry and press into large muffin pans.
- Place cream cheese, eggs, MASTERFOODS Lemon Pepper Seasoning and MASTERFOODS Dill Leaf Tips in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Divide salmon evenly between pastry cases then pour egg mixture on top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until mixture sets.
