Smoked Salmon Tartlets

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes
Serves - 16

Ingredients

Shortcrust pastry 4 sheets Cream cheese, softened 250g Eggs, lightly beaten 6 MASTERFOODS Lemon Pepper Seasoning 4 teaspoons MASTERFOODS Dill Leaf Tips 2 tablespoons Smoked Salmon, diced 200g

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. Cut out 8 x 10cm rounds of pastry and press into large muffin pans.
  2. Place cream cheese, eggs, MASTERFOODS Lemon Pepper Seasoning and MASTERFOODS Dill Leaf Tips in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Divide salmon evenly between pastry cases then pour egg mixture on top.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until mixture sets.

Tip: Serve with your choice of salads.
