Spanish onions, peeled and diced

MASTERFOODS Red Kidney Beans, drained

Prepared tomato, onion & garlic pasta sauce

Large lettuce leaves, thinly sliced

Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Heat the non-stick frying pan. Add oil and onion and sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat, add mince and brown , stir in MASTERFOODS Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce.
- Add MASTERFOODS Red Kidney Beans and prepared pasta sauce to beef mince mixture.
- Season with salt & pepper, simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Heat taco shelf on a tray for 5 minutes, remove from oven.
- Fill taco shells with meat mixture, lettuce and tomato. Top each taco with a spoonful of sour cream and cheese, serve hot.
