Spicy Moroccan Burgers

Ingredients

Chicken Mince 1.2kg MASTERFOODS Mango Chutney ¼ cup Breadcrumbs, fresh or dried 1 ½ cups Olive oil 2 tablespoons Spanish onions, grated 2 MASTERFOODS Moroccan Seasoning 60g MASTERFOODS Whole Egg Mayonnaise ¼ cup Egg yolks 2 Hamburger Buns, toasted 12 Rocket Lettuce Leaves 200g Avocados, sliced 2

Method

  1. Combine grated onion, MASTERFOODS Moroccan Seasoning, MASTEROODS Whole Egg Mayonnaise, egg yolk, chicken, MASTERFOODS Mango Chutney and breadcrumbs.
  2. Mix well until combined. Form into 12 patties, cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a non stick fry plan over medium heat. Cook patties on both sides until chicken is cooked through about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve patties on toasted buns with fresh rocket, avocado and spoon over some extra MASTERFOODS Mango Chutney and serve.
