Seafood Platter with Moroccan and Lime Aioli

MASTERFOODS Dijon Mustard

Lime rind, finely grated
½ teaspoon
Lime juice

Light olive oil

MASTERFOODS Moroccan Seasoning

Method
- Arrange seafood on platter laid with torn Endive Lettuce, toss lightly with fresh berries.
- Blend or process egg yolks, MASTERFOODS Dijon Mustard, lime rind and juice.
- While egg mixture is processing, gradually add oil in a thin, steady stream until aioli thickens, add MASTERFOODS Moroccan Seasoning blend for a further minute.
