Seafood Platter with Moroccan and Lime Aioli

Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves - 6

Ingredients

King Prawns, cooked 1kg Dozen Oysters 1 Lobster, cooked ½ Scallops 12 Smoked Salmon 5 slices Endive Lettuce, torn 200g Raspberries 100g Blueberries 100g Yolks only 2 eggs MASTERFOODS Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons Lime rind, finely grated ½ teaspoon Lime juice 2 tablespoons Light olive oil ¾ cup MASTERFOODS Moroccan Seasoning 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Arrange seafood on platter laid with torn Endive Lettuce, toss lightly with fresh berries.
  2. Blend or process egg yolks, MASTERFOODS Dijon Mustard, lime rind and juice.
  3. While egg mixture is processing, gradually add oil in a thin, steady stream until aioli thickens, add MASTERFOODS Moroccan Seasoning blend for a further minute.

Tip: Serve aioli in a dish or drizzled over seafood platter.
