Masterfoods Uncle Ben's Kan Tong DOLMIO

Chicken with Sundried Tomato & Mustard Sauce

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes
Serves - 12

Ingredients

Butter 80g MASTERFOODS Freshly Crushed Garlic 1½ tablespoons Single chicken breasts 12 x 220g Chicken stock 500 ml MASTERFOODS Seeded Mustard 1/3 cup Semi dried tomatoes, finely chopped 1½ cup Chopped continental parsley 1/3 cup butter 40g

Method

  1. Heat butter in large frying pan, sauté garlic, sear chicken in pan. Cook on both sides until browned lightly and cooked through (about 15 minutes), remove from pan.
  2. Add stock to pan bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered.
  3. Add semi dried tomatoes and MASTERFOODS Seeded Mustard and stir through parsley.
  4. Pour over seared chicken.

Tip: Serve with creamy mashed potato.
