Chicken with Sundried Tomato & Mustard Sauce

Method
- Heat butter in large frying pan, sauté garlic, sear chicken in pan. Cook on both sides until browned lightly and cooked through (about 15 minutes), remove from pan.
- Add stock to pan bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered.
- Add semi dried tomatoes and MASTERFOODS Seeded Mustard and stir through parsley.
- Pour over seared chicken.
