Rocket and Strawberry Salad with Spicy Lime Dressing

Ingredients

Baby rocket leaves 250g Goats cheese, crumbled 250g Yellow capsicum, sliced 2 Punnets strawberries, quartered 2 Spicy Lime Dressing Lime, Juice of 2 Olive oil 2 tablespoons MASTERFOODS Chilli Sprinkle (to taste) 1-2 tablespoons MASTERFOODS Ground Black Pepper, to taste Brown sugar 2 tablespoons

Method

Place rocket, cheese, capsicum and strawberries in a large serving bowl.
Place all dressing ingredients in a jar with lid. Shake well to combine.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
