Herbed Garlic Fetta Eggplant Rolls

Method
- Slice eggplants lengthwise into thin slices sprinkled with MASTERFOODS Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Pan fry in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain and allow to cool
- Lay eggplant slices out flat
- Place crumbled fetta and chopped basil on eggplant, roll up
- Garnish with extra basil
